After we checked out of the Sands of Kahana, we all went over and checked in Honua Kai Resort, south a mile or two. Salli and Gary hung out with us the rest of the day until their plane departed that night. We are so grateful we got to the spend the short few days with them that we did. Hopefully next time will be longer.
The 3 of us stayed 2 extra nights and enjoyed every minute. We went on long walks every morning and tried to wear Harrison out by playing around the resort, swimming, sunset watching, dining, & etc. We ended up getting a cabana by the pool which was great for Harrison napping which let us relax even more.We had great weather besides a 4 hours storm that passed very quickly and overall it was a great trip.
