Boy was this weekend fun....and hot!! We went down to the Idaho State Fair for the Splash Dogs events both Saturday and Sunday. We only practiced on Saturday and Barley did very well for how young he is, sometimes they don't even jump. Sunday we decided to enter the event. The good news is we didn't get last, I think he's final jump was 7ft. We are still working on doing a running jump. He was the youngest dog at the event, and he definately got lots of laughs, ewwws, and "ohhh he's soo cute". Unfortunately, it was about 101 degrees yesturday so we didn't stay as long as we wanted to. We are going back on Tuesday in hopes for a running jump.
