Pat went to Orlando this past week for work and was gone for 5 days. A little different this year than last. Last year, Harrison was still sleeping a lot, not walking, not talking, and not being a toddler.....a cute toddler. On Sunday we went down to Coulon Park on Lake Washington and went for a long walk and then played on the big toys. Harrison is loving big toys now, especially the slides. Of course afterwards we had to make a trip to Target and Starbucks to kill some more time.
Uncle Marshal & Aunt Claire came for dinner on Sunday. They entertained him for several hour or visa versa.
Pat was so sweet. While he was at Universal Studies he bought us some Dr. Seuss goodies.
Overall it wasn't too bad. I was exhausted, but tried to make the most of it. There were a few melt downs, a bloody lip, lots of "no thank you" but it was made up for with all the extra snuggles that I didn't have to share with Pat. But thank goodness he's back.
